Whoever purchased WISDOM authentic products can enjoy the benefits of free repair, replacement and return services (not including shell and accessories).
In order to guarantee the quality of after-sales service, WISDOM company set up a special after-sales service team, and establish a set of comprehensive after-sales services security system, to ensure that the customer get complete after-sales service. Later we will also develop the service for customers to self-inquire the progress of the service. Please wait and see.
Warranty Policy
1) We can provide technical training or technical information based on users' requirements.
2) WISDOM customers enjoy three free services: repair, replacement and return services. Within two years starting from the date of production, if the lamp breaks down under normal use, it can be repaired or replaced unconditionally, so please do not attempt to disassemble the lamp by yourself.
WISDOM, according to the relevant provisions of the country and technology level of the company, provides the following quality assurance for the whole lamp and parts:
a) Warranty period for the whole lamp: 2 years;
b) Warranty period for vulnerable parts (switch button, battery): 1 year;
c) The appearance is not covered by warranty.
3) WISDOM will charge for the repair costs in these cases:
a) The product is out of warranty or not having warranty card;
b) The user disassembles the product by himself;
c) The lamp was damaged due to improper use.
